Terms and conditions

Hosting Policy:

Our check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm.

All our rooms have air conditioning (non-smoking).

Daily rate includes breakfast, served from 7:00 to 10:00.

We do not serve meals (lunch and dinner).

We do not allow pets.

Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing the same bed with their parents and we do not provide extras (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.). Proof of age must be presented.

We have free parking with limited spaces, check availability.

Payment Policy:

We request a 50% advance deposit to confirm the reservation and the remainder is paid at check-in, except for reservations of only one night, where the advance payment is the full amount of the reservation.

Payment method: deposits, debit or credit card (Master, Visa and Elo), bank transfer/pix or cash.

Cancellation Policy:

Deadline for postponement, no-show, early departure, or cancellation of reservation WITH PAYMENT REFUND: 5 days in advance for low season, and 15 days in advance for high season and holidays.

Reservations for the end of the year, carnival and other holidays, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF PAYMENT.

The full refund will be for transfers between Banco do Brasil accounts. For other banks, the amount of R$20.00 will be discounted, corresponding to the transfer fee charged by the bank.

For cancellations within the period previously informed, the amount deposited may be held as credit at the hotel for a period of 12 months.
